Welcome to the web site of Edinburgh Magic Circle

The aim of EMC is to promote a lasting interest in magic and its allied arts, to help improve every EMC members talent in magic and provide a sounding board for new ideas and innovation.

We at EMC are a group of friends with a shared passion for all things magical, ranging from full time professional magical entertainers to gifted amateurs, from close up magic to mentalism, and everything in-between.

Our club nights usually consist of a business meeting followed by a lecture, given by some of our members or by specialist lecturers in a particular subject such as card magic, rope magic, coin manipulation and so on.

We also host an open night once a year where we put together an evenings entertainment open to the general public.

In closing we at EMC like to personalise, promote and perform all forms of the magic arts and search for new ideas and new material.
